​​​I would like to access your tree stump removal service. The problem is that the location of the tree felling is in a really awkward place…
We are in the daily habit of accessing trees and stumps in awkward places - call it a hazard of the job! It’s very rare that we are unable to access tree stumps and the best thing to do in this situation is to book us in for a site assessment. We have specialist equipment that can be taken through small areas (like side accesses) and if that fails, we can remove the stump the old fashioned way – by hand!

What type of tree trimming would you recommend for my oak tree? It’s about 10 years old and doesn’t look in the best of health.
Oak trees are beautiful trees and have huge canopies and branching limbs. But it does take work to keep an oak healthy and looking its best. If left year after year, to grow wildly, it can become unhealthy, diseased and dangerous. As a result, it’s important to prune an oak tree regularly so that it remains strong and healthy. The action we would take, would depend upon the condition of your tree and could include the need for a crown reduction, but we would always present you with the options.

I’ve managed to cut down some conifers and would like to get rid of the waste quickly – can your tree surgeons help?
Yes! If we’re in the area we’d be happy to take away your tree cuttings and waste and shred/dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.

My garden has about 10 very large trees. My plan is to landscape the whole area and get these trees removed. Money is tight - how much should I budget for?
The cost of tree felling depends on the following factors: tree size, tree health/diseases, the number of trees and their location. In order to spread out the cost of job, an option could be to split the work into two separate jobs. This is something that we can discuss with you when we come to visit.

The hedges in my garden form my boundary and are currently about 7ft tall. Is hedge trimming a tree surgeon job?
Definitely! Hedge trimming forms part of our services and we have many clients that employ us to do this for them on a regular basis. All of our services can be hire for one-off jobs or contracted to undertake work monthly, quarterly or annually.
